yesterdae fitness training was one hell of a fucking cb. supposed to start training at 5, but den dat thai coach showed his ass at 6. sape tk mengamok. puiks. while waiting upon his arrivals, bull wanted us to play monkeys among ourselves. n yes we did. the attendance was quite alot. imagine 1 teacher taking 4 classes. each group were den asked to run 5 sets of 400m. pussydick,their faces were like fucking high on subu. n sumpah my head was noneng. ok itu sahaje. todae is fishtank. tomrrw nt going yp to watch force vomit. but i will be at np to watch gse n plainsunset. toodles.
